A:  We recommend our rooms for groups of 3-6 people to work comfortably and be able to complete all the puzzles. A larger group or a pair can be accommodated upon request.

A:  We are appointment-only. Booking online must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. We always do our best to accommodate day-of appointments, so please give us a call if it is within that 24-hour window!

A:  Yes! Please call or email us and we would be more than happy to set up a time that works best for you and your needs.

A:  Yes, although it is preferred to have the experience paid for in advance when registering online! If you do not want to pay online, please contact us via email or phone rather than booking online.

A:  No. All Encrypt Escape Rooms experiences are private, so you will only be in the room with your group. 

A:  There is not a minimum age requirement as long as the children are accompanied by adults. Children 6 years old and under may accompany teams at no cost and do not need to be counted in the total number of participants for a room. Any children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by someone 16 years or older. 

A:  Our facility is wheelchair accessible. Due to the nature of escape rooms, we encourage you to call ahead and discuss your specific needs with us prior to your reservation if you have any accessibility concerns. 

A:  No. Our doors always remain unlocked for safety purposes. 

A: Yes! We offer e-gift cards that can be purchased in-person or online. Default gift card amounts are set to the price for teams of 3, 4, 5, and 6 people to go through + tax, so when you send a gift card, it will cover the whole cost for the recipient! You can order a gift card here. Gift cards may be redeemed online if the gift card amount covers the total cost of the booking. If the gift card only covers part of the cost, please schedule your appointment with us via email or phone and bring your gift card with you when you arrive for your appointment!
